Dear Margaret: It much depends upon where you are located. We initially consulted a neurologist, but he knew precious little about PD. After two years we switched to a movement specialist neuro whose clientele is well over 90% PD. And today we rely totally on what she advises no matter what hundreds of opinions are out there from 'experts'. Good luck Michel Margosis
