Hey folks,

Recently on the PD CARE GIVER'S LIST there was alot of discussion
about wanting to exchange information about the preparation for
and results of a pallidotomy procedure with those that have had
the procedure.

Six or more people responded saying they would share their
experiences if asked to do so. I know there are some web sites
with some information already but I THOUGHT it might be useful
to have a WebPage of a collection of Pallidotomy Experiences on
the PWP WebRing. Then anyone considering the procedure could go
to one site to get the information concentrated on 1 webpage.

I sent our WebMaster Jerry Finch the idea and asked for his opinion.

When I told him I thought a separate page for
Our Own Hole in the Head Gang
dealing only with pallidotomy experiences
would be very useful concentrated into one site,

Jerry responded with:

"Guess what! I nominate you to find and write to the members of the
'Hole in the Head Gang' and ask them to write stories for our
site. Free web page, free graphics, all they have to do is write."

WHAT?.......my job is ideas!

But I can't turn you down Jerry...so I'm asking the list if this
would be something ya'll think might be of value? Would you like
a site with a collection of surgical experiences? Would those of
you who have been through the process be willing to write it up?

Replies on or off the list will be appreciated,

I'm not a member of the Hole in the Head Gang, I don't even have
Parkinsons but if it's something that will help even one person,
I'll support the effort!
