Good morning Bruce- !-For 14 years I have used an electronic pill box, i.e. a timer can be preset to beep in however many hours you wish. You can reset or retime your next dosage. Miine (no brand) came from RiteAid, a large chain Rx in the Midwest. Cost 2 years ago was $11.95. I need a new one since mine is rather stained and can send you one, if you wish. Not quite Rolex quality though. 2-Remember that Mirapex acts as an agonist and that food should have no affect on it's job capability. Don Boyer
