If the percentage of PWP's is 1% for people over 60, then the percentage for
two people will be 1% times 1% (I think). This means
that 1 person in 100 has parkinsons disease. But it also means that in couples
1 in 10000, both are PWP's. On this list there are approximately 2000 people
therefore the probability of a couple with Parkinsons is 20%. Are there any on
the list?
Or do you know any?

This is a long winded way of asking: how do they manage?
A related question is. What happens if the caregiver becomes disabled?
