Jean, I am sorry to hear my home state (Fl) is a haven for crooks. I hate that. Florida is a wonderful place to live, but I don't appreciate ripoff artists coming here to shield their ill gotten fortunes. Are there other states guilty of the same type of laws? [log in to unmask]
