I too am a young person with PD (age 36) and have been on Mirapex since it was FDA approved a few months ago. I usually take about 5.5 mg/day and it's going pretty well (I also take Sinemet and Lodosyn). I titrate my dosage throughout the day when my tremor increases. My switch to Mirapex from Permax was difficult when I tried to do it gradually but on day three when I switched totally to about 3 mg. I was fine. Lynn (36/4)
