Ken, I do not know about other states. I do know when I mentioned Fl. to others they knew of that problem. My information came mostly from my brother who is a bankruptcy lawyer. (Please don't stone me!!) He says he has advised people to move there. (BTY he is looking to change professions.) When it is below 0 here in WY I envy you folks down there in the 70's!
