Hi Hans, I was working at a translation as well. If I can be of any help to get this pen in the USA and Canada I would love to. I have a personal experience with this pen. Homme Reinsma, the developer of the pen is a friend of mine and I had the pleasure to try the "Dynamic Liner" as the pen is called in good Dutch. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. My problems with writing are mainly stiffness and bad control of the fingers. The pen works fine for tremor. greetings, Kees
