BBANDERSON asked if anyone had taken 6mg of Mirapex....
I'm a YOPPER (age 32) and I was on 6 to 6.5 mg of Mirapex from
September 1997 until April 1998. Further, I work in my neurologists
office so was well monitored (Dr. Perez in Syracuse). I recently started
experiencing increased side effects (spacieness/lack of concentration) and
less beneficial effects from Mirapex and so did a full throttle switch to
Requip about 3 weeks ago (woke up one morning and started taking REQUIP,
5mg, 1 tab by mouth 5 times daily while the same day stopping my Mirapex
cold....the switch went well.)
