Linda, this topic came up last year sometime and there were a lot of excellent questions and answers/opinions generated. I don't know how you would search the archives for those, but I would think some of the Listmembers would be willing to give you their advice again. I think most said don't tell them, but your situation is different because you'd be voluntarily giving up a job
