The level of enthusiasm was quite low --probably has something to do with the perceived level of complexity to pull it off properly seeming quite high. Still, it would be great to see what our congresspersons would do when their staff told them. I envision them getting tons of fax for most of the 12 hours between noon and midnight or maybe 0600 and 1800 some day. (what is the pleural of fax?) Regards, WHH 54/18
