A reception will be held today, Monday, June 8th at 3:30PM at the Center
For Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience on the Newark Campus of Rutgers
University.  The general public is invited.

The Parkinson's Unity Walk along with APDA, NPF, PDF and PAN will honor
those New Jersey Congressmen who co-sponsored the Udall Bill for their
commitment to funding Parkinson's research.

Lawence Golbe, M.D. and Roger Duvoisin, M.D. of Robert Wood Johnson
University Hospital, UMDNJ will be honored for their scientific studies
which proved essential to the discovery of the first gene for familial
Parkinson's.  The scientists will also be honored with a proclamation from
Governor Whitman and a Resolution from the New Jersey Assembly.
