Hi Listfriends, Let's please not fight each other, for a word, foreigner. Besides that I'm the only real universal foreigner. I live in the USA, but I am a Dutchman, so that makes me a foreigner. But I don't feel like a foreigner. I feel at home here. I've been travelling all over the world and was a foreigner in many countries. But only in I Israel I really felt a foreigner, but I bet it was because I was rather shaky, which made the people nervous. No wonder they were nervous with all those bomb attacks.... So I was a foreigner in many countries and I had many foreigners with which I travelled through my small homecountry. Foreigners which I welcomed very much and honoured them, from Brasil, France, Spain, Denmark, Great Brittain, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Schwitzerland, Israel, Austria and Australia. They were guests of honour and I was very pleased having them. I don't think that foreigner is a negative word. Aren't we all foreigners on our earthly journey of our life? I tried to encourage people to write to their gouvernment to make more money abvailable in their homeland for research for Parkinson's Disease. And if they think that their gouvernment makes enough money available for research, well don't write. And I also would appreciate it when foreigners, would write to the American Gouvernment or to the American Ambassador, to support the application for the money of the Udall Bill. I hope I explained it better now, and I realize that we are the guests of a Canadian list and that I am a foreigner in the states and that we are all foreigners travelling through the Universe. But we have one thing in common : We have all this terrible disease named Parkinson's.....let's spend our energy where it is more effective and fight our little fights when we talk about Parkinson's as past history. I love you all Warm greetings from a happy Dutchman in Texas, 48/9, Sinemet 3x 125CR, Permax 3x 1.0, Tasmar 3x 100 **** Life is a loan, to live is an art, to live happily is a gift, to give is to live, to love is to give and to live, to cope with PD is all, I thank God daily that He gives me this loan and I will pay him back***
