This number will ring in the closest APDA Information & Referral Center to
the place where the call is placed.   This number can be used as an
emergency number wen travelling.  It is the number to find out about
support groups. It is the number to call to find a movement disorder
specialist NEAR YOU.   This service is provided through a grant from
SmithKline, Beacham, and there is no  advertizing from the sponsor....It's
just like any other toll free number, and even the Information & Referral
Center can't tell whether the call is local or an incoming 800 type call.
