Hello Peter.  The short answer to your question is No : I have not heard of
such a reaction to Sinemet CR.  However, this is one of those questions that
spark a whole host of secondary questions: Is the patient's recall reliable?
Is Sinemet CR the only drug that he takes? How much Sinemet CR does he take
per day?   Are his legs and arms totally immovable or do they have tremor?
