Gil, I'm glad you are looking into a Urologist. Find one who is interested in Neurological diseases and the aged...and don't stop until you find one who you like. Another thought would be a Gerontologist who specializes in coordinating care for the aged. It sounds like Aliza has a broad range of needs to be coordinated and doctors that specialize in (and are Board Certified in) are usually focused on this. Remember not all car mechanics are the same, not all house painters are the same and for sure not all doctors are the same. Sometimes it takes some looking! Give Aliza a hug for me, Gail Vass, RN
