HEAR ! HEAR ! HEAR! I agree most whole heartily with K.F Etzil's POV. We must address the question: What is the role of Government ? A basic High School Civics Question. In my day it was to provide for the common good, and in the US, in accordance with our Constitution, included is the Bill of Rights. Our democracy depends on a strong educated middle class that must be aware enough to challenge the policy makers to insure that we always act for the benefit of the populace. We are reminded of the need for such by the example of just how the realization of the Udall Bill will be expressed. We must not allow our selfs to be deceived, as was the case of the cigarettes issue.
