BARB! You have never been to my house, right? But you have the audaciity to make fun of my wifes cooking! Alligator and camel can taste quite good, if seasoned properly! I would advise going easy with the skunk hair sauce, it is rather gamey tasting. maybe you should be a restaurant critic! LOL, KenB
