When I started taking REQUIP and reached my therapeutic level my doctor advised to slowly decrease the Sinemet CR 50/200 dosage by taking half a pill. I'm now breaking the pill in half and taking 1/2 tab twice a day. I haven't noticed any bad effects from this, and the neuro never said anything about not cutting the pill. Has anyone been advised differently or have any other information about this? Thanks. Linda Herman [log in to unmask]
