I, too, think a PD Caucus has merit, but also think it best to wait, if that can be done, and I'm sure it can, in such a way as to preserve Congressman Baldacci's interest and feelings. With the elections coming up in November, we do not want it to appear that there is any lack of interest when the truth could also be that our congressmen were only out trying to keep their jobs.
