In the Foreword it says the book discusses "answers which clinicians require to diagnose and treat the disease". In one chapter titled "Medical Management of Parkinson's Disease" the section headings have titles like "How can I manage patients with both fluctuations and dyskinesia"? I'm surprised to find it for sale among the medical books for the general reader in Barnes & Noble. Lots of good up-to-date stuff for the medically knowledgeable PWP, however.
