HI-- I've been offlist ALL day till now, as my mail was unavailable--I kept
getting "can't read mailbox" messages (I use a MAC) and spent hours
working with the university help desk--even paid them a personal visit .
The nice man finally deleted several messages which had ATTACHMENTS and
that seemed to solve the problem!
Barb Patterson has said several times--and I've reposted her plea--
NO ATTACHMENTS TO LIST MAIL !
I realize we are constantly blessed with new members who haven't seen this
warning... perhaps Barb can make it more obvious in her message which all
newbies get when they join... but please take note, folks, and spare us the
problems which attachments cause!
