Will, I am in full agreement that walking with your hands full when "off" is a no-no. I had a similar experience to yours some years ago when I was still working 9-5. My experience included two briefcases and a set of ascending stairs. I was fortunate in suffering only a few minor abrasions and a dent in my pride. Now all I have to do is master the ability to not do things which are bad for me. <grin> Dennis.
