Gina, I thought there was something ATT could do to help. Thank Goodness your experience turned out well. I talked with Ivan yesterday and the woman who made the calls does seem to be coming through as he let her know he would be contacting the police if she did not. He does not know what next month's bill will hold, tho. It's all just a hassle that he didn't need and was quite scarey until she started coming through, which she has not yet finished doing. Barb
