I too, have the fluid retention and bloating. I am on Sinemet 25/100 x 5 a day also on Permax at 1 mg 3 x a day. With the other meds I take I have had no problem with swelling/bloating. Somedays calfs and feet ache so bad it is a problem to walk. I hope my input helps. Gina 47/7months
