I have PD. I am NOT a Doctor. It would seem to me that your aunt need to see a neurologist who is a movement disorder specialist. There are several new drugs on the market to day to help PWP tolerate and reduce the amount of sinemet they need. I don't think I would stop the sinemet without medical advice. Again be sure she sees a neurologist who specializes in Movement Disorders not just a regular neurologist. Good luck Eldon Green Tampa Bay Florida
