Hi Jacksons-- as you may know, this is a common symptom of PD, and the
"flaking" is part of the "blepharitis" picture--the crusting of eyelids
which is so troublesome for many PWPs. Peter tries to wash his face and
(bald) scalp daily, and has been told by eye doc to scrub lid margins with
a mild baby shampoo solution,to keep this under control. If you have the
eye problem, better check with an eye doctor, as it can cause infections
and much discomfort--a bigger problem than "snow" on the shoulders!
