Thanks to helpful replies, I've made some progress. My internal med. doc will be talking with the physician who'll be coordinating my consultations at Mayo, to make sure that they take an integrated approach. He's a PD specialist, & I'll be seeing others, as well, mid August. I've "fired" the psychiatrist who prescribed my antidepressants.........won't go into detail as to why, but this assertiveness would warrant your applause (I was always such a wimp, before PD). I'm working on better communication with the docs here, will prepare well for Mayo, & am looking forward to being improved enough down the road a piece to be a more productive (anything would be an improvement!) person in my daily life & on the list.
