I've taken fosamax for the past 6 months, and never had a problem with it in relation to the sinemet or anything else. I'm grateful for this progress.. BTW, first thing in the a.m. isn't necessary. When I questioned my doctor about these same issues, she told me that I should just keep in mind that the stomach should be empty. She said that after other meds is OK, as long as they've had a chance to get into the system, and that afternoon is also OK; just to have an empty stomach. M.Dawn 56/6
