I am very much aware of the dilemna you seem to be in. I take all the
drugs you noted in your message. I get frustrated and disgusted with all
aspects of this medicine routine. However, to adventure out on your own with
your own way of taking medicine is dangerous plus it negates any help your dr.
might be able to give-
