---to all-- I have been on sinemet for 22 years and my brother for about 25 yrs. we both experience internal tremors which begin in the stomach area and sorta work their way upto the chest area . They are not visible at first but gradually become more forceful and can be plainly seen . They usually last about 5 to 10 minutes and not every day .
