Gosh Bruce: I sure am glad that you like me, are still up. I have been Manicy all week and PD is now playing with me. I was trying to print and it was fine until all of a sudden the computer says"Can't find the Printer." Now I looked over to the left of the computer and it (the printer) is sitting right there. So, I can find the printer (I'm not as smart as a computer) but this computer can't find the printer. I have worked with Mac's for spread sheets, reports, things like that. The are good for those things (at least I thought so). I guess they have improved the all-around functionability of it. I was an accountant and only used Compaq for all accounting functions. Books, A/R, A/P, PR, FA, et al. Compaq was better for heavier jobs. It could take a pretty good beating. HaHa So, this is the plan. Since I cannot drive any longer, I am selling my car. It is a 92 Honda Accord LX. Only 40,000 miles I don't drive far. But, I'm selling it and with some of the money, the decision has been made. A new computer for my car, I'm tricking myself into believing we're going to drive on the "Puter". Vrooooommm It actually is a tie between the Gateway G6-333 or the Gateway G6-400 w/Home Essentials. I can't quite figure out the Home Essentials but I will call today later. I am excited, do I look excited. Well, you look Marvelous! Cool, sort of takes the bite out of not driving.
