I know it is diffucult to accept, but in Houston and Dallas (that I know of) we are distributing fan and in somecases airconditions -electric bills to the poor are being deferred. This is serious business. I want the Udall bill funded as much as anyone, but in addition to the deaths amoung the elderly and very younge. Illegal alians are dying at such a rate that the mexican government is issueing warnings. It is serious, I know, but these are people also. Nita
