Don has been on Requip since last November. Have just started using 4 mg x 3. I feel that it has been a help. I know he has cut back on his Sinemet, but I'm not sure how much. I think he was taking 1 1/2 50/250 Sinemet CR every four hours. The doctor thought he was undermedicated, but now only takes 1 every four hours. He also takes either 1/2 or whole regular Sinemet if he feel the need. The last two days he went to work at 7:00 am and finished about 9:30 PM. For anyone new to the list we have a ranch in Montana.
