I just received "A patient's guide to Parkinson's Disease and Sinemet CR" (A Cornerstore Program sponsored ty DuPont Pharma). The booklet states: "Do not chew or crush. A tablet of Sinement CR should never be crushed or chewed since this destroys its ability to release the drug slowly.
