People using MS Outlook may be inadvertently be sending attachments by sending out a Digital ID. To check on/correct this do the following: Open Tools|Options|Security. Make sure that "Digitally sign all outgoing messages" in the "Secure Mail" section, is disabled (i.e. that it DOES NOT have a tick in it's box). Click on [OK] if you have made a change or [Cancel] if you want to leave things as you found them. Dennis.
