As we all know we PWP's should be including lots of fruits and grains in
out diet. Ms Holden has emphasized this and given us guidlines as to how
many servings we should have..I have been eating many different brands
of cereals for many years, but I have found what I think is the best. It
is chock full of grains, nuts, and fruit. Ii is called 'Preminum Muesli"
and is distributed by Foodhold USA, in Atlanta Ga. I have found it along
the gulf coast and here in Chattanooga. One serving has 8 grams of
fiber, which they say is 32% of your daily needs. And it tastes really
good, not like shredded cardboard as some high fiber cereals taste.
Also I tried some prune juice with pulp the other day, it works better
than the regular stuff. In fact, with all the fresh summer fruits and
veg's on the market right now I almost don't need the juice. So anyway,
If you like a high fiber cereal in the morning or any time, give it a
try if you can find it.
