If the weather does not affect AOL service, why is it that everytime it
storms here, my AOL service is a LOT slower--when it hasn't been interrupted
completely, that is! It's not the phone lines. I've talked long distance on
the phone here during a rain storm or even worse, and the phone service is not
bothered at all. :) Trish
