Dennis,
Unless I have missed something  few people are fussing. You are correct about
the con incidental 100,000,000 sparking the conversation. We have a number of
dying , just from the heat and proverty.  That amount of money is a drop in the
bucket and it should be spent. I found something in a catelog which may help
people whose a/c is out. You surely have to sit in front of  it. It is better
than nothing for short term use. As soon as I figure out the wording for a post.
I think the conversation, has changed from the federal money. that project is
moving rapidly (for government work). We will just see.
I hope I did not offend you. I did not start this, but I am the one who told
about people dying , in Texas, where I live. These strings get started. Since I
foun a gadget that  might help. I will post at least one more time. Remember the
delete button, I  won't be offended
