Dennis, Unless I have missed something few people are fussing. You are correct about the con incidental 100,000,000 sparking the conversation. We have a number of dying , just from the heat and proverty. That amount of money is a drop in the bucket and it should be spent. I found something in a catelog which may help people whose a/c is out. You surely have to sit in front of it. It is better than nothing for short term use.
