I think it is muscle spasms that Don gets in his chest. The first couple of times we thought that maybe it was his heart. After being admitted to the hospital and they found nothing wrong with his heart we decided it was from PD. When it happens he usually takes a regular Sinemet at that seems to help. It usually happens when he over works.
