Thanks, Barb,

I know it's not all that important, but when that 45 year old surgeon told
me it was an old  people's illness it appeared to me he meant 65+. At least
now I have a fact with which to
answer him - this combined with the point someone made about he multiple
years most of us have it without being diagnosed.
