Hi, Dale,

We have a pretty good list of support groups in California and Nevada,
which I will ask our Outreach folks to forward to you.  These include
NPF/APDA/PDF groups, as well as a lot of independent groups.  Do you want
our essential tremor and PSP groups as well?
