Hello Marie, I am in very similar situation as you. Slight tremor started in left leg about 3 years ago, progressed to left arm about 2 years ago. Not taking sinemet. I did try requip for 5 weeks, and stopped it. Not taking anything now except benadryl. Did you see my post a couple of weeks ago about my visit to a movement disorder specialist ? I will see if I still have it and forward it to you. One of the things I reported was that my doctor said he did not think I should start sinemet at this time.
