I also put a picture of myself on the frig. Now that was a visual. Many of the meds I take help me gain weight, but I help me also. I was sleepwalking again last night and defrosted a package of hot dogs. I found them this morning. I didn't eat any so that is ok. Maybe we can be binge buddies. If we decide to eat, email me.
