at what point can I start thinking about cutting back on sinemet while ramping up on MIrapex. I am only at 1.5 mg of Mirapex/day so far, but the dyskinesias are getting worse. I also just started on liquid sinemet -taking that hourly. I know I am hoping for the perfect answer and it probably isn't out there but I keep hoping that one of these days I will hit on a regime that gives me a little stability.
