Gina... I'm not sure which "Barb" you're referring to, seeing as there's ONLY about 50 or 60 of us on the List <smile>, but I'll take a stab at answering your question regarding suing whomever was sending you that objectionable email. To sue, you'd need a lawyer - one versed in law dealing with the online environment. For that lawyer to take on your case, you'd have to pay 'em for his services up front or have a case which is such a dead-bang-winner, guaranteed to bring in a substantial award, that he'd be willing to take it on contingency where he'd get paid upon winning the suit. To get to first base with an attorney, you're have to prove that you're in some way been seriously damaged by the actions of the person who sent you that email.... damage resulting in medical and/or psychiatric bills. Off the top of my head, I'd say ya don't have a case, tho personally, I can see where you'd be offended to receive off-color messages via email. I was cruising through the email when low and behold a title appreared. It said Gina 105# @mci.com(Gina) "How about Live-1on-1 Sex Action 24 hrs a day. Never Pre-recorded. Totally interactive simply tell me what to do and I will do it for you at an instant P.S. If you got a quickcam I can see you as well. XOXOXO Gina Click here" Now, this is not me but it was included in my email, mixed up with things that said Gina. I don't really like the content of this. And I have never really like Porn that much. Waste of good time, flesh and money. There are other things for those that indulge in "Kiddie Porn" So, can I sue. No money, just the principal. I just never saw my name. Any help you can give me, would be greatly apprecated. Gina Not that Gina This Gina. Get it? The Gina with her clothes on. Hows that? Gina 47/7 yrs
