The US Census Bureau has a homepage at http://www.census.gov/main/ There is an e-mail address there to which we can write our suggestions. I did it today, and suggested that in the past they have asked how many people in each household were disabled, so could they not ask the statistical (1/6 or whatever) to be specific about the disability- -pd for instance??
