The stamps are good for postage but not for full face value. This is an old idea. It was done in Europe between World War 1 and World War II. I believe they were called semi-postals. Fund the fight, find a cure." They are used on first class mail and the extra 8 cents goes to fund breast cancer research. How do we go about getting something like this for PD? Jane K.
