Uhhhhh... I think that might be getting carried away, m'friend.  This promo
stuff ain't cheap and I think that it's the FEELING, the IMPACT of the
realization that for those living with Parkinson's time IS running out we want
to convey that's the most important thing.

Sure, a clever little working hourglass'd be nice, but it'd also be very
costly compared to an enamel coller pin.  I'm afraid we'll hafta stick to the
land of reality with our promo when it comes to expenditures.

How about the lapel pin literally being a small working hourglass
(plastic rather than glass) with a stud type attachment so it can be
easily turned over? Probably would have to have very fine grained sand.
