Ida, I know the doctors are probably right about "full blown Parkinson's" symptoms not coming on until after up to 2 weeks of no Sinemet , BUT, if I am traveling somewhere and I miss a dose, I feel it. And if I miss 2 doses, I am a basket case. After the first and only med vacation since starting this pill-merry-go- round, I do not ever want to do that again.
